Rabbits seem like an enigma to most people who have owned more “normal” domestic pets (cats or dogs). But I would say that rabbits are actually a little easier to feed because a lot of normal household stuff can do most the jobb.
There is a new rabbit fad, but in order to raise a healthy rabbit (wild or domestic) it is important to know how to feed them. There is a new question on everyone’s mind, What Do Rabbits Eat?
Rabbits have very delicate intestinal systems that can easily get out of whack and cause a ruckus from within. The most important thing to remember is that rabbits need to have a balanced diet to allow their intestines to function properly. “Balanced,” in this sense means that you must be sure that the rabbit gets enough fiber, nutrients, and hydration. These are the big three. Fiber is important because it helps keep the intestinal muscles strong. Nutrients is more of a no-brainer, provide your rabbits with a nutritious meal. Lastly, keep your rabbits hydrated. Just be sure that they have plenty of water, they require a lot of play and exercise time so much water is necessary to achieve proper hydration.
Okay so you know the details of what they need, but how do you make all that happen, and what’s the best source of fiber and nutrients? Hay is an important source of fiber for rabbits and it has a way of pushing through a rabbit’s midsection, keeping those muscles strong. The nutrients should come from rabbit pellets. Packages of these can be found at pet stores and it’s important to get the kind that provides vitamins and minerals. And, lastly, once again, WATER!!
Rabbits are awesome animals and there is so much to learn about them. And an important part of that is uncovering the question, What Do Wild Rabbits Eat? Raising rabbits isn’t only fun but it can also be a lucrative business opportunity. Appear on ebay or in warehouse shops. Even if you get the resources seperatly and make your own cage it would perform and be less expensive. On Ebay you can look over a monthly period for a inexpensive desireable cage trigger you will be certain to discover one thing, even if they are seperate cages you can place with each other. Like my cage, you get get play and run extansions. Nonetheless, by no means EVER acquire huge objects like cages, hay, litter and other objects you can find in supermarkets or hardware retailers – even chinese shops from a pet shop. They charge you twice at times triple the cost of any other place.
Hope i helped.
Edit: On ebay, kind in ferret/rabbit cage and there is one particular that i have. There are also play and run huts to add on. all you have to do is create some ramps and make the huts go up as an alternative of out.

I have the perfect solutions (by the way I LOVE flemmies!)
If you litterbox train him/her an x-pen is the way to go: http://www.sandiegorabbits.org/adoption/pen_living.html
People have some really nice looking set ups so take a look. Flemmies are particularly easy to litterbox train, I have a friend who trained hers to use the dog door to go outside.
