If you want a good cage that won’t harm your rabby, and let it have some fresh air instead of being in a closed box, i’d make it a wire cage with a wooden frame. Here is a great site for building one.

If you are looking for an indoor cage, the best place to go is with companies that specialize in rabbit products. Some are:
www.klubertanz.com
www.bassequipment.com
www.kwcages.com
I listed Klubertanz first because normally they have the best prices. Bass Equipment has a website that is a little easier to search and they normally are one of the first rabbit companies to come out with new rabbit products before anyone else does.
Get a big board saw it into about 3 equal peices
1.a floor
2.a wall
3.other wall
Make sure that both walls are even onto the floor other wise the ceiling will not go on right.
Get wire and attach them onto the boards also make a door outta wire and you got a rabbit cage enjoy
Got the info from Petplace.com
you should look at plans online but this should be very simple. materials:
pressure treated wood
Shingles(for roof) if planning on keeping the cage outside
Chickenwire(for bottom and side of cage)
you should aslo make your rabbit a box so it has somewhere to hide when scared
you should check ou these to websites to get ideas: rabbitstop.com
rabbitmart.com
you can check out craigslist.com for used cages
